Buy on the Silver Coast with someone only on your side

I help international buyers across six municipalities — Lourinhã, Peniche, Óbidos, Caldas da Rainha, Alcobaça and Nazaré — and the villages within them, buy the right home with someone genuinely on their side. In Portugal the agent is almost always paid by the seller, so their job is the seller's best price. I work the other way round: I represent the buyer only, never the seller. That means honest local guidance on where to buy, help vetting properties and flagging the duds with reasons, real negotiation, and a steady hand through the legal and notary process — all the way to the deed, in English, Portuguese or Spanish.
